Primo sguardo
I meet you before the words come. Don't ask me who I am. Look at me, and let my eyes tell you the rest.

“FIRST GLANCE"
I'm fascinated by that moment when we meet someone for the first time and still know nothing about them. There is no name, no story yet. There is only a gaze, and for a few moments, everything passes through it.
First Glance comes from that suspended moment. I wanted to stop before the words, before the questions, before what we know begins to change what we see. I don't know who she is. And I like not knowing. I'd rather meet her again for the first time, every time.”
THE ARTWORK
Material, colour, presence.
Every mark is created directly on the canvas. Colour does not simply reproduce an image: it builds a presence, made of layers, texture and small details visible only when you move closer to the painting.
